OHSF Bylaws Published
The Outer Harbour Sailing Federation has published its current Bylaws in accordance with the Canada Not-For-Profit Corporations Act.
These bylaws set out the governance framework of the Federation, including:
- Membership classes and conditions
- Roles, powers, and responsibilities of representatives, officers, and the Executive
- Financial management and assessments
- Procedures for meetings, voting, and decision-making
- Dispute resolution and amendment processes
Making the bylaws publicly available supports transparency, consistency, and shared understanding among member clubs and stakeholders, including the Toronto Port Authority and the City of Toronto.
Members and interested parties are encouraged to review the document in full:
Questions regarding the interpretation or application of the bylaws may be directed to the Executive.
