Report bad motorized boating behaviour
Please use the form below to report violations of Port and Harbour Practices and Procedures – Toronto Port Authority for motorized watercraft observed at or near Cherry Beach. Your reports help us track recurring issues and advocate for safer waters. Please refer to the maps and rules below:
1. No motorized watercraft in the Cherry Beach motorized watercraft exclusion zone
2. No vessel shall exceed a speed of 5 knots (10 km/hr) within 150 metres of any shoreline or breakwater (including the entire Outer Harbour area east of Cherry Beach marked by white buoys)
3. No craft shall be operated in the waters of Toronto Harbour negligently to unnecessarily or unreasonably interfere with the free and proper use of the waters by other persons or craft, or which endangers others, their craft, or those in the water.
